Many of you have asked if Wedding STYLE by Kalyn Johnson is a monetized blog. I’m sure you’ve noticed that there are now ads running on the site. In addition, STYLE by Kalyn Johnson a/k/a Wedding STYLE by Kalyn Johnson has “affiliate relationships” with different companies as do many blogs; we receive a small commission (anywhere from 2-15%) if you buy something recommended on the blog or from a store recommended on the blog. But, please be aware that I only write about products that I myself like or love, which means that some of the products I write about are not always the products of companies I have “affiliate relationships” with. All blog entries are written by Kalyn Johnson, any revenue generating links, if any, are inserted into the posting after the editorial is final. To insure that there’s no confusion about which posts contain affiliate links, there will be a brief notation in each post to let you know if it contains any affiliate links and how many. For example, if there are two affiliate links there will be an “A-2” at the end of the post.
Also, just so that we’re all on the same page, if there are any other sort of sponsorship relationships they will be clearly marked. And of course, if I’ve received a sample from a company to review I will disclose that to you.
